This is the regular bi-monthly meeting of the MHOA Executive Board


9:15 AM   Registration begins

10:00 AM  Call to order - Pledge of Allegiance

10:05 AM  Opening remarks, Introduction of Visitors and roll call of attendees.

10:15 AM  Reading of the minutes - August 2008 regular meeting

10:20 AM  State Treasurer's Report

10:30 AM  General meeting open to all MHOA members in good standing.  All state officers, District
Directors, Chapter Trustees and Standing Committee Chairs are urged to make every effort to attend.

Discussion and vote - Board approval on sending the Agenda, Minutes and Directions for future
executive board meetings to executive board members via email, regular mail to those who have not
provided an email address. (We need to cut down on postage and mail expenses)

Vote:  Board approval of Mr. Dick Wilcoxen, Lakeway Estates, Bellingham as the new State Secretary.

By-Law committee report - Chairman Ken Newton

Legislative Action Team report - Bob Burton, Ken Newton, John Landis and Fred Jones

We will have a working lunch so our business can be conducted and we can adjourn at a decent h
our for those who have to travel a long distance.

at Friendly Village to let us know if you will need a lunch.  Lunch will be provided by the host park for
$5.00 and the host park will provide non-alcoholic beverages.

Please make plans to attend.  These board meetings are where you, the chapter officers and trustees
let MHOA know which directions to take in getting the job done for you.  I NEED YOUR HELP.  Maybe
you have a solution to a park problem that may benefit others.  IF you have any park news that you
would like to share with others, please send me your news to the state office or email me at
mhoa2002@donobi.net.  Please share your information.

Only corporation officers, Chapter Trustees, District Directors and Standing Chairpersons will be able
